Offer's in

If things go as planned, come October 29th, Hubby and I may be homeowners. We just put an offer in on the house this morning. As of 12:30, money's in play. We'll see where it goes from here. Fingers crossed for us.

Cute, huh? :) I can't wait to get to painting and decorating the inside. And working in that yard!

Day-Zero-wise, I finished Sharp Teeth by Toby Barlow and picked up a pixel art game, Pixel Perfect Puzzles, free for the Kindle. It's a kind of puzzle game I love to play, seen in the fact that I finished its ~50 puzzles in two days. I debated not marking it off as one of my games, but the fact is, it's a video game (a similar game is on the DS), it's got a definite end, and I beat it. So it's on the list. What else... Oh! If you read my latest post on Learning by Burning, you saw I made steak and potatoes for Hubby Wednesday night. Not only was it tasty, but it was two more dishes for #21 (and I don't know if I ever mentioned the mac & cheese and Red Lobster biscuits I made over here. Another thing on LbB), so that's 24 out of 25 dishes. One more dish and it's done. That snuck up on me. I'll probably shoot to finish it this weekend.

Aaah, I'm so excited that I may be marking off #41 soon!!
